mbox iTQL JXTest failing because of time zone differences

Description
The "correct" test results expected by one part of the mbox test are dependent upon what time zone the tests are run in (due to Jena's use of Xerce's XSD date handling which involves the Calendar class). The other places this shows up were satisfied with two sets of results representing east and west of GMT. This test requires different handling.
