Description
Newly created code in Mulgara will need an Open Source license which is not the MPL v1.1 as used by Kowari (due to NGC being listed as the "Initial Developer"). Kowari's MPL v1.1 will need to be complied with for any modifications to the Kowari code.

The Open Software License v3.0 (<a href="http://opensource.org/licenses/osl-3.0.php">http://opensource.org/licenses/osl-3.0.php</a>) has been suggested in <a href="http://mulgara.org/pipermail/mulgara-dev/2006-July/000037.html">http://mulgara.org/pipermail/mulgara-dev/2006-July/000037.html</a>
